It has a rectangular frame with a square section (5 mm × 5 mm). The buckle’s overall size is 24 mm × 30 mm. Two double sickles protrude outwards at the front part of the buckle: the sickles are 4 mm long and 7 mm wide. The tongue of the buckle is 30 mm long. It is oblong and pulled downwards towards the cut of the frame; it is narrower at the end and looks like a triangle in this section. The buckle plate size is 20 mm × 26 mm. It has a rectangular frame with symmetrical platforms connected by a double hinge; the outer part of the buckle plate has a rectangular neck. There is a gilt or brass plate there. The buckle plate is fastened to the frame by six rivets in the shape of flatheads. All the elements of the buckle were cast in a mould and are quite massive. The law plate is a little bit narrower.
