Summary

The hoard comprised 1,016 coins (1,015 antoniniani-radiates and 1 denarius). The hoard was discovered by two workmen on a building site, less than 50 metres from the Gallo-Roman baths, in an earthenware pot that got broken. The Hôtel de Ville d'Allonnes has preserved 386 coins from the hoard.
