Summary

The hoard comprised 24 coins which were scattered over an area measuring approximately 1m² , a fragment of a copper-alloy brooch dating to the second half of the first century AD and a piece of copper-alloy. They were found at the site of a Gallo-Roman villa where in 1919 another hoard of coins was found. It is possible that they are part of the same deposit.
