Site comment

For the Gallo-Roman period the site includes a theater, baths, several small temples (fana), a forum, residential quarters and a necropolis. The scatter of coins found on the ground surface was associated with sherds of pottery. The base of a vessel was recovered at a depth of 80 cm.
Associated features

Parcel 16a, section KZ, cadaster (1966); coordinates Lambert: X= 581,630 - Y= 159,640. Twenty-eight coins and fragments of a light brown ceramic vessel lay on the surface. The rest of the coins, as well as other shards of the same pottery were found just 15 cm beneath the surface. Their display indicates a consequence of ploghing on a area of 1 x 1.50 m.
