Clay Lamp

"A small natural pebble was used as a stopper to plug the lamp and keep the coins from falling out. The lamp is typical circular, Herodian type of wheel-made lamp with a curved nozzle decorated with two incised circles. The diameter of the lamp is 11 cm larger than average" (Meshorer 2007, 412).
